Finished a storyboard animatic inspired by super cool comic pages from Daniel Warren Johnson on the Skybound Transformers series! Wanted to try boarding Optimus vs Devastator as if it were for an animated series. The cool drop kick at the fight's beginning was the main motivator haha

When I came on board at Hanna Barbera, the priority was THE REAL ADVENTURES JONNY QUEST (1996). The series is credited as one of the first animated television series to use motion capture technology for the CGI sequences in "QuestWorld," the virtual reality environment featured in the show. Honkai Impact 3rd got an animated adaptation by miHoYoAnime with the first episode released on Jul 18 2020 in JP Dub. It was a short episode series which revolved around the daily lives in a cooking style beach anime. A clip from the unreleased Disney TVA short-film "3 Little Pigs" was found in August 2025. The clip was uploaded by Barbara Dourmashkin which worked on it as a timing animator. The finished short film was part of "Totally Twisted Fairy Tales" short series at the studio.

The Transformers: The Movie a scene that emphasised the tragedy of the death of Optimus Prime. A loss felt by a generation of kids brought up watching the original Transformers cartoon. This scene helped shape the mythos of Transformers. The idea that Prime was a rank rather than a name. The Autobot Matrix of Leadership's first appearance as a physical object rather than a simple programme inside Optimus Prime's head like the comics. Something the comics later adopted. Merchandise inspired by the tragic loss of Prime included "Convoy Sleep Mode" Takara Tomy 2010 and "Alternate Universe Optimus Prime" 2021 Hasbro. This was the start of Hasbro’s childhood trauma toy line... This scene hit kids particularly hard in North America, which had the advantage of seeing the full seasons of Transformers G1, unlike the UK, which was limited and sporadic at best. The UK had to depend on the Marvel Transformers comics for content. "Until that day, til all are one." -Optimus Prime
