Infinity War is the best superhero film because the villain, Thanos, actually wins. Good and evil are just a perspective; to him, the Avengers are evil. Endgame is just a 181-minute narrative cop-out using time travel to erase those stakes.

Looking forward to it. The movie has a few good scenes that could have been a one shot or “what if” like Tony and Thor meeting parents. Other than that, the 5 years later was a big misstep. The last 7 years of MCU would have been much different. Looking forward to your time travel breakdown. I’ve tried to analyze that over the years. Each time they bring up time travel in the film, they contradict themselves right after.
