Utterly clueless. Councils don’t have the money to waste. Procurement frameworks continually get more stringent and provide better value for money, but there’s very little money at their disposal. Staffing is reduced massively further hindering delivery. They’ll do nothing.

Fiona Bruce dragged Richard Tice without even breaking a sweat. Man’s entire strategy is ‘save money’ on loop like it’s a personality trait. No detail, no depth, just vibes and slogans. Reform’s ‘plan’ is all smoke, no substance — and it shows.

One thing I have noticed is that nobody ever asks for money or complains about being broke in December.
