About an hour later, an emergency texting service run by the state tells people to evacuate “immediately.” #mapoli

STATE HOUSE CLOSED: State House Superintendent Tammy Kraus says the building will be closed for the remainder of the day “due to ongoing concerns regarding elevated carbon monoxide levels.”

State police said the room where the fire occurred is being vented "to localize and shut off the feed that is believed to have caused the fire." Also says the building will stay closed. #mapoli
