Perhaps a DEI pilot? Physical? What physical. Pass a 3rd. Grade level FAA pilots exam? Or might be a border basher....don't need no freaking license. Or a newly hired FAA flight controller, illiterate, learning to read radar, that thought the street was the runway. Maybe?
