I know a dark knight in my neighborhood who takes this into his own hands and makes cones disappear when they pop up and block lanes for no reason. I’ll let him know…

- Burn like Water

A local TV station needs to do some investigating into the contractor who puts down these cones. Why they haven’t been fired is a mystery. Must be greasing the right palms

Exactly the same thing happened to me there leaving the Paris a week or so back. Over one hour to go a few hundred years because cones blocked Flamingo down to one lane for no obvious reason. This has to stop.

This how they make investors think Vegas is really busy. 😂

Vegas is notorious for this shit all over the valley. Lanes closed with absolutely no work being done. My guess is that a separate crew is scheduled to lay out cones.. they do so and wether the work crew does work or not. It’s “oh well” 🤷♂️

Why is there not an investigative journalist looking into such in Vegas? Nevada Paving, the City, and the County should all be under journalistic investigation. Instead we are looking at "fireballs in the sky".

This is occurring throughout Las Vegas and has been the case for numerous years. Explore Charleston on the east side, Boulder Hwy on the east side, Desert Inn on the east side, Cabana on the east side, Harmon on the east side—everywhere you go, traffic is narrowed to one lane, with cones in the road and no active work being done! Wake up people, this is our tax dollars at work! @LVPaving

It’s a scam city paying out big bucks per cone some inside companies are cleaning up!

Remember they do this because they think they're better than us. And they operate on their own schedule. And they don't care if it's not done correctly because you'll pay to have it done again the next year. For whatever reason they can't get a mix that holds up either.
