It's insane that the USFS is spraying glyphosate on the forests around Lake Tahoe. Sometimes they even put signs on trees warning of pesticide use and not to forage and consume wild food (& medicine) from the area. Because they know it's poison. I'm a big fan of wildcrafting & foraging but we have to use extra discernment now that we know they are spraying poison in the wild places. A bio-regional network is coming together to stop the spraying of toxic herbicides in the Tahoe area forests and we need your help. Keep the phones ringing off the hook. We will have more calls to action in the next few days but if you haven't already, please call these key offices and tell them why you don't want glyphosate sprayed. Leave a message if they don’t pick up.
