I feel the signs are there. Even for someone like myself newer to the space. Regardless if clarity passes, blockchain is not stopping. Worst thing would be is it doesnt pass and all tech moves out of the US. Leavin us in the "darkages" by comparison. Its all a show. Its happening

That is exactly what I am saying. The major steps institutions are taking today with crypto cannot be reversed by any future administration. They are moving forward without looking back. The future of crypto is bright, and it would be even stronger with the Clarity Act in place.

The Clarity Act bamboozle is just a way for them to manipulate the markets for the time being. Crypto market functioned prior and will again if it passes or not. It will eventually pass for banks. Without it, one of their big issues continues - yield.

Really losing faith in $hbar but they are diversified in that their technology is used outside of the US which is a huge advantage regardless of clarity act or not
