Is the job of a fire fighter more challenging than that of the policemen? I thought the only work when there's a fire which is rare.

I think Jamaica doesn’t take mental illness seriously, officers and JFB should have therapist that work along side them.

Every year we either have a firefighter in an avoidable accident or climbing on the transport centre. What's going on in that department?

And all the leaders responce is to put these men on interdiction. The service needs to be revued and family time and mental well being taken seriously
