This is a five story building— four floors have tenants. The most impacted area is the top floor. Fire officials have not identified a cause. When they arrived, there was smoke coming through the trash chute. But, they can’t say yet if that’s where the fire started or if the fire was using that chute to expel smoke. No firefighters in the building right now — in defense mode attacking from four ladders. The roof has collapsed across much of the building. KUTV2news
