Again, ULA has said nothing about any "observation," and the launch is continuing. However, it looks like Vulcan had another SRB nozzle issue. Potential burn through seconds into launch and then likely blew off halfway into first stage. SRBs do cough chunks, even back to Shuttle, but seemed far more than normal, in tandem with the initial view.
