First and foremost, lemme quickly explain that I didn’t intentionally go to see His Imperial Majesty, the Oonirisa Ooni Enitan Ogunwusi without wifey, She’s busy with the triplets. E mabinu. Right, it was great spending time with Kabiesi yesterday at the palace. Drinking water from his well of wisdom... is part of what makes a man in life; I don’t take this moments for granted. From the warm welcome from the palace family, to the welcoming aura of Kabiesi himself, I still feel goosebumps from yesterday. It’s all gratitude from me because that little boy of yesterday, is now dining with actual kings. There’s something about this palace that screams class! The pristine nature, the luxurious air, the spiritual feel, the taste of home… What an experience. It’s not my first time but it feels like one. As an actor, one of the many things that amaze me from feedback is how people see me as being versatile; however, this part of me that seems to be the version many met first can’t go away. My wonderful people at the palace of my father Ooni Enitan Ogunwusi challenged me to prove to them that the tears I invoke in movies are not tricks or makeup… Of course, it was a friendly banter, one I thoroughly enjoyed. Glad I didn’t disappoint them. Well, it is what it is… An actor must be able to turn every ground to his stage; it’s a part of the craft that became Adedimeji Lateef, may we all be known for tears of joy only. I think I’ve done this in tons of movies, which one comes to your mind? I’ll be reading in the comment section.

JOONGDUNK PRAEW PODCAST #DearMyselfxJoongDunk “the most meaningful couple photo in life” —— 🌞this one was taken in Japan. i chose it because i feel like we’ve both grown up now and it made me miss the early days when we first started working together. it’s been a long time—probably from our first fan meeting in japan. the caption was “that smile” if you scroll back on my instagram, you’ll see that photo with the caption “that smile” 🌞i just feel that as we keep working and growing, photos where we’re genuinely smiling together have become very rare. not because of anything else—just that we’ve gotten used to posing more. it’s like we’re almost stuck in that mode now. i understand that people change—mindsets, personalities, attitudes, everything evolves over time. that’s normal. but i just feel a bit nostalgic and miss something we used to have in the beginning. it’s not like it’s completely gone—it’s still there—but that kind of fresh feeling from him - us - from before is something i want to experience again. : have you ever talked about this with him? 🌞he probably knows 🌞i don’t mean just the two of us, but people in general—everyone changes over time. it’s completely normal. i don’t regret it cause i believe change is part of growing up : just… miss that smile from the very beginning of JoongDunk right

Like why do both of the characters think this way and what’s the trauma. There’s a backstory to the characters, which will give it more weight/depth in the later episodes. 🦋: we’re very happy that everyone/fans want to come and watch us in the first ep. We also wanted everyone to come and watch with us on the big screen. 🧸: yes, we’re very happy to see the fans. The last time was our first time, so we were nervous (excited nervous) and it was a bit scary. But since this one is now our second series together, I feel like it’s going to be more fun because we now know what it’s like to watch it with the fans – it’s like being at a boxing match and cheering. And for this series, P’Lena also said that it’s going to feel more like we’re cheering at a boxing match than the last series. 🦋: to be real with you, it’s gonna make you shy/blush because the scenes in the series are like…give you goosebumps and especially having to watch it on the big screen, it makes the viewers feel it more.
