Honestly, it feels more like a flashy gimmick and wanting to be 'first' than a practical improvement, and possibly an unnecessary financial burden to the patient.

The advantage in ESG is that the screen can be adjusted as I need during the procedure which usually requires huge movements. Better detail in my point of view.

When I got up this morning I had no clue I would be invited to see Jeremy Bailensen speak at Stanford University. He runs Stanford’s Holodeck research. XR/AR/VR. Here he shares the latest research. Exclusive to X. This talk changed several things I thought I knew about the future. Out in the hallway we were talking and an engineer who is working on Google’s glasses warned me that Google’s lightweight glasses will not ship this year that they showed off at Google IO. He says they need another year to ship those, that XREAL 👓 will start with a “middle weight” that has beautiful color screens but that you won’t wear to the shopping mall. Coming later this year. And with a heavier weight one that competes with Apple Vision Pro, coming around Christmas. Meta comes in October with a light weight pair that you can wear everywhere. Think of a Rayban that has a display in one eye. And that Apple will have a new Vision Pro that will be lighter than the first one, coming around Christmas, so expect it to ship in first half of next year. Google has a two year lead on Apple in AI, maybe more, which we already knew. Translation: the future of Holodecks is still out there. This talk is important.

This project has been “cooking” for quite some time, based on a concept I came up with back in July. Instead of opening a website and ordering pizza the old-fashioned way with boring drop-down menus and checkboxes, you get to playfully create your pizza right on your living room table. Once you’re done, simply hit “Order,” and your creation will be delivered straight to your doorstep. Well, this isn’t that app—at least not yet—but it’s a lot of fun to create your own wild and controversial pizza creations (yes, we added pineapple) and watch raw realistic 3D ingredients transform into their baked versions. One week ago today marked my final weekend in Vegas. As I close this chapter and embark on new adventures ahead, I pause to recognize how truly grateful I am for all the love, laughter, and the decades-long friendships and family I’ve built—those who surround me, ground me, and elevate me every single day. It takes a TEAM of incredible, talented humans to pull off a production filled with so much love, creativity, and JOY! 🙌✨🙌 Thank you for lifting me up, giving me strength, and helping us shine as we brought this vision to life over the past year! I’ve had so much FUN with all of you, and being so UP CLOSE and personal with my beloved fans in such a special intimate environment, has been a DREAM!☁️ I’ve never done anything like it. A bold move led by Wonder Project, and a strong signal for what’s coming next: generative AI has clearly found its place in the film industry.
