Most of you will have missed this…big congratulations for Sweden 🇸🇪. They unanimously passed a law that comes into effect almost immediately on 1st July. They have fully banned 1st cousin marriages, will not legally recognise cousin marriages which took place abroad and also banned other close relation marriages. They join Norway and I believe Belgium in this type of ban. So the question is, should the U.K. and rest of the Western world do the same….and the answer has to be a big fat resounding YES, do it IMMEDIATELY!! We desperately need it in this country as the first of many measures! Who agrees?

During the course of my 40 minute interview on Palestinian TV which was aired with an Arabic voice over to the Palestinian people on prime-time television last night, I was asked whether I felt threatened or intimidated by the Israelis who had accused me of incitement, being anti-semitic and supporting terror as a consequence of my views, rhetoric and advocacy against the genocide that is taking place in Gaza. St Vincent Place, Glasgow Central, St Enoch Square and Union Street will all be included in the temporary zone. Officers will be able to order groups of two or more away from an area. They'll then banned from returning for 24 hours. Superintendent Jackie Dunbar told us how more police on the ground will benefit the city centre.

Today on St George's Day, the Telegraph reported that the Attorney General, in private, gave advice on bogus allegations against British veterans. He should recuse himself from giving advice on such matters, but especially on the Troubles Bill which as it stands at the moment at least, will victimise even more British soldiers. I asked the Leader of the House if we can have a debate on the misuse of such government legal advice:
