I honestly don't see the issue here. Sure, you are playing well, but it's a team focused game and you are trying to take on multiple enemies solo... Sure, frustrating you couldn't win that fight, but you can't miss half your shots and then complain it's a Mercy issue.

Mercy healing plus payload healing plus missing some key shots. It's not Mercy being a problem. She does less than average healing in comparison to other supports.

mercy needs a reload / overheat system

This is more of a skill issue u hit him once before flux which basically was fully healed by the team he went up and by the end the one that saved him was Kiriko not mercy. 🤷🏻‍♂️
