A note last night in the first half. We really did play some excellent football. Whilst i know Ugbo is, rightfully, coming under some stick of his lack of goals, he offers so much more to how we play. As does Josh Windass, who I am noticing is just about getting the recognition he deserves from the fans. The play in the first half was very different to the second half when those 2 went off. They both offer so much more insofar as overall game than the other options we have in those areas. A few clips below from key moments in the first half. Windass really did run the show in the final third and build up. He comes out of areas to allow straight passes where he is an option for first time reverse balls. He and Pol have really good chemistry down the right as Josh knows he will overlap and beat his man. The awareness from Josh with scanning that i picked out, allowing for high tempo play into space. A note on data: First half vs second half Passes 193 (87% ACC) vs 159 (78% Acc) xG 2.04 vs 0.42 Penalty area entries: 11 vs 6 From runs: 4 vs 2 Touches in the box: 16 vs 7 Long pass rate: 8.29 vs 13.29 Passes per possession: 4.11 vs 2.96 Wedensday's overall game is so much better when U Our game is so much better when Windass and Ugbo play. I know Smith is scoring and credit to him. But we just dont have the mechanisms to control a game without Ugbo and Josh. We cant get it to the final third in control. Watched #Skanda as usual it’s a no logic less typical #BoyapatiSreenu Oora Mass Kummudu 💥 RAm POthineni as the title itself Skanda The Attacker is here with #RAmPOthineni What a transformation you have did truly the cult mode is on that’s it. Your screen presence is terrific and career best intro 🤯 no doubt in that. literally he gave his outstanding performance 🔥😎 especially Climax is purely Rampage 💥 Sreeleela limited screen space and only fitted to songs like #Gandarabai & #NeeChuttuChuttu dance numbers are highlighted the movie with her grace and style 😍 definitely a good one. Saiee M Manjrekar after #Major it’s good to see you again, small space but yet good role. Looking forward to see you as lead actress in many more movies rather than side roles. thaman S you blasted 💥as you said earlier theatres lo speakers jagratha 🤯 em duty Anna nuvvu chesindhi mental vachindhi literally. SRIKANTH MEKA sir, you lived it, fantastic. On the whole, #Skanda is a mass action entertainer that offers a solid performance by #RAmPOthineni energetic action scenes and dance worth watching. While fans and the masses will enjoy this high-voltage entertainer, the films simple story, illogical action sequences and a sluggish second half might not appeal to others. If you are fine with these aspects you may give this movie one time watch weekend. Pros: fights, Ram acting and his transformation, literally he gave his career best performance. Climax never before rampage 🤯💥 BGM & visuals. Cons: routine boyapati story, second half lags too much, no title justification and easy predicable storyline. Ft Aston Villa 1 v 2 Spurs Oh Robert De Zerbi 🔥🔥get in there 👊🏼 What an unbelievable win it’s in our hands now and we are out of the relegation zone. That first half of football that was! The best this season, I think. We got in their faces from the off, pressing them relentlessly. De Zerbi’s ball was there for all to see: 50/50s and 2nd balls. Gallagher’s strike to put us one up was superb. Palhinha hit the post with another great shot shortly after. We were all over them. Martinez pulled off a great save to stop them going 2-0 before Richarlison put in our second. The scenes in the away end were amazing he is ready for the battle as always. Bentancur, Palhinha, and Gallagher were controlling the midfield with Destiny getting forward well Tel needed to be a bit calmer on his final ball. At HT we had 8 shots 4 on target to their none Palhinha was like an animal in the second half pressing tackle just unbelievable with Bentancur and Gallagher working so hard. Kinsky’s ball control and distribution was so good. MVDV had to make a couple of crucial tackles but we were very comfortable. I felt like I was watching a football team tonight Leeds next #COYS 🤍💙

FT Spurs 2 -2 Man City. What a game this was! How many thought that at HT ? We came into this game with such little hope because of our injuries, and that was realised very quickly. Talk about a game of 2 halves! Nobody can doubt the commitment in pulling it back level . Early doors, Vicario had to save well from Semenyo. Cherki started to terrorise a clearly not match-fit Dragusin, scoring the first and making Vic pull off a brilliant save. Bissouma looked like he was back on the ball with his distribution. Again, another mistake playing out from the back cost us a second. Rodri and Silva controlled the half if only our special guest Vertonghen could play for us today. Romero off at HT injury ? We changed formation to a back 4 and pushed forward. A sublime pass by Simons set up Solanke to score, but Guehi got there first. Simons looked very good in this half, demanding the ball and using it well. Palhinha was immense at the back made some fantastic interceptions to keep us in it. Solanke’s scorpion kick! Wow, what a goal seriously 🔥🔥 City started to lose their heads. Our boys believed they could win this. Great second-hand fight back. Very Proud of the players today.

Let me state up front that these two plays were NOT the reason St. John's lost yesterday. And I am a numbers guy so no need to tell me about our shooting stats in the game. But I need to vent. We knew Arkansas over their prior 8 games was making a concerted effort to get to the free throw line - they averaged 26.5 free throws over this 8 game period. In the 10 games prior to this 8 game period, Arkansas averaged 19.3 free throws attempts per game - right in line with D1 average per game. The coaching staff gave a clear direction to our players prior to the game - wall up with your hands in the air and maintain verticality. I am including two clips here of just that in which the Arkansas player initiated contact, Zuby and Kadary went straight up with their hands in the air, and Arkansas was rewarded with two trips to the free throw line. In the first clip, St. John's had a 4 point lead with 2 minutes to go in the first half with momentum as Arkansas hadn't made a field goal in 3 minutes. Zuby does exactly what he was instructed when Boogie Fland initiated contact and the baseline ref who is 6 feet away from the action does not blow his whistle, but another ref does award Boogie Fland two free throws. That started a 7-0 run for Arkansas and they went into the half with a 3 point lead. I can't provide enough words on the second clip on just how unjust it was to have a late whistle call on Kadary going straight up in the air and getting his fifth foul called on him with 6:28 to play. Kadary was limited to just 16 minutes of play in the entire game because of foul trouble. And as a reminder, I will end this post with how I started it. These two plays were NOT the reason St. John's lost yesterday.

This is Gastrin, a Bronze Age Cretan (Minoan) dessert that the Turks discovered thousands of years later, stuck a few thinner layers of pastry in between, called baklava, and then unashamedly claimed as their own invention. #1yearofRetro 💙 The first Half of #Retro was filled with Elevative Artistry, Emotional Connect, Craftwise brilliance, One of the Career best performances of Suriya, Technical brilliance, Totally invested Engaging Screenplay and Perfect interval block.. More than anything the Politics of colonisation and the message at the end was so beautifully done!! Especially the Chapter - Love! It was a poetry on screens.. 1st 40 minutes and 20 minutes towards interval block nu this 1 hour was such a masterpiece work both in writing and direction!! That 15 minute Single shot Kanimaa Sequence was Pure Cinema!! I would definitely mention about this as one of the best sequences ever made in indian cinema..🔥 shreyaas krishna ‘s cinematography, Santhosh Narayanan ‘s absolutely mind blowing background score and songs, Make up, Costumes, Stunts னு Craftwise it was a stunner in every department! Though I didn’t like Loki- Vijay - Ani’s master on the whole, I’d still rate it as one of the best cinematic experience I had on theatres because of the performances of vijay, VjS and I loved so many moments all over the film from the Actor - Director - music director trio.. A lot goes into these, and they are entirely manually drawn, no coding whatsoever. At first glance, no big deal. But look closer. Number came out higher (than I expected) shift the market's relief response down slightly, and compare outcomes now. Hedge assumption was correct, as well as the sequential wave hedging pressure from different entity types. Liquidation event, and liquidation levels were very close to actual realized. Two big things foil a "perfect prediction" 1) The number came out above the range I expected. If it were closer to 80-100k, we could have seen the initial move shifted down by 30-50 points to line up almost perfectly with my price path until 10:30 AM. 2) importantly, the liquidations I expected to hit into close, actually hit earlier/harder in the day, near the close of the London session- the convergence at that point is interesting but it also indicated much heavier selling. The selling I expected into the period between MOC -> close of trading, came earlier. As such, the weak relief bounce I thought would happen on Monday, once the inventory was cleared, actually got pulled forward and jammed into the second half of Friday's trading Levels I had intraday from the start were 5775$ to the upside, and I thought $5750 would be a nice natural stopping point for an exhausted bounce. 5775 was close to the high on Friday, and 5760 is not far off from my bounce/exhaustion prediction yes, the song matters. (as does the timing of liquidation?)

VERY LONG BUT WORTH READING. I'm glad to receive two more awards for my humanitarian efforts, that honor my contributions towards enhancing the lives of vulnerable members of society. The awards were presented to me at my Upper Hill office during two distinct ceremonies. In the first ceremony, I was honored with the Civility Voice Diplomats Global Humanitarian Award in recognition of my unwavering dedication to promoting peace, civility, and humanitarian values on a global scale. As stated by Dr. Edina Kangwana, the Lead Vetting Committee, and Ambassador Dominic Obadiah, the President and Founder of CVD, I was honored to receive the award from the Civility Voice Diplomats (CVD) after successfully fulfilling their stringent vetting requirements. In the second award, the Builders in Action, awarded me the I Change Nations Builders In Action Legacy Award. This award recognizes my unwavering dedication to enhancing the lives of others by making personal sacrifices in terms of both time and resources. I extend my sincere gratitude to Dr. Reuben West, ICN Special Envoy, and Dr. Clyde Rivers, the President of ICN”. I am dedicated to continuing with my efforts to assist the underprivileged members of our society in enhancing their lives. I thank God coz previusly I had received a number of awards including a honorary degree of excellence by European Digital University (EDU) in August 2019 at the Dubai international university in UAE. This recognition followed my adoption of a 4 year old baby James whose only single parent, the father, was stabbed to death by thugs in Mathare and also the aid to a one-and-a-half-year-old girl from Mathare, whose mother perished in a tragic fire incident. The award was bestowed by Margaret Heighton, the president and founder of NO END TO LOVE, an international organization based in the USA, along with her husband, Dave Heighton. In yet another accolade, I was recognized as the East African Humanitarian Personality of the Year. This honor was bestowed upon me for my assistance to marginalized groups in society via the Sonko Rescue Team (SRT).
