I'm in LA, actor was in London & shoot was in Iceland so getting the costume fitting was a new challenge. We had our actor Lee Wakefield get his head & body scanned in London & we used the scan to design the costume to fit him & a 3d print of his head to check the fit. It fit.

My favorite slapping drill. I love to pause in my crossover to really my left foot planted with my weight on the left side of my crossover knee. Occasionally to make sure I’m feeling grounded, I like to do a subtle bounce after I pause to make sure I’m balanced and using the ground.
