The commander of a Ukrainian Armed Forces reconnaissance unit, Denis Yaroslavsky, proposes forcibly mobilizing foreigners with residence permits in Ukraine. About 100,000 such men of conscription age live in Ukraine. Yaroslavsky believes they should be obliged to fight for Ukraine by signing a six-month contract. He says the idea is being “considered” by the General Staff and is supported by many people’s deputies. “If you want to start a business in Ukraine, create a family, go to restaurants, then you must prove that during a difficult situation in the country, you will defend it – on an equal footing with Ukrainians. Then you have the right to claim citizenship or a residence permit,” Yaroslavsky stated. We can clearly see that our enemy, Russia, is interested in the worst-case scenario in the Middle East. I am grateful to everyone who works to keep the Middle East from further exploding, but also to hold terrorists accountable for everything they have done against Israel—against children and women, against ordinary people. We also remember about the citizens of other countries who have been detained or killed by terrorists. There are also Ukrainians among the dead. My condolences go out to everyone who has lost a loved one. It is critically important—for everyone around the world including those who do not yet comprehend—that terrorists must always be held accountable for all the evil they have caused.
