home page hero ✨ Design notes: - "Forever" hero text dot pixel FX done in Unicorn Studio. (I will do a whole tutorial on this later. Unicorn's WebGL engine is absolutely wild and very powerful / robust) - built in Framer - I wanted to recreate the iOS unlock effect where your home screen icons cascade into place in a beautifully timed choreography. This took a lot of careful timing using Framer's "Appear" effect on the hero text and surrounding avatars because it was super important that we didn't lose the legibility of our main message ("Build Your Forever Audience") with all the animations. - If you look closely, the choreography is setup to lead your eye through the hero text first starting with "Build Your" then "Forever" and finally "Audience." - With those text layers in place + the surrounding avatars, there is a slight 1 sec pause before the remaining elements slide in below and above (How it works, CTA buttons, announcement badge, and lastly the main nav). - All told the entire loading sequence is 6 seconds - Custom particle system powers the interactive star field (the stars slowly gravitate to your pointer position, and the star field perspective changes ever so subtly as you move your mouse around on the page) - I have 3 shooting stars made of small white line layers that start out off canvas rotated at different angles that shoot across to another point off canvas at random times on a loop effect. - Given this hero scene is in space, I wanted the surrounding avatar elements to "float" in low gravity mode. For this I used Framer's loop effect that slowly oscillates the layer's y position. I then offset the delay of each element randomly to stagger the floating loop so each avatar floats independently/randomly - The final major treatment for this hero scene was the scroll animations on the avatars. I wanted to create a bit of a warp speed effect when you scroll down, as if the avatars were being pulled or sucked into a worm hole as you scroll down below this hero fold. - To accomplish this, I applied Framer's scroll transform affect set to "section in view" on each of the floating avatars, and set the "scroll to" position of the upper avatars to be much, much further away on the y-axis than the "scroll to" position of the lower avatars. (eg. -1700px on upper most avatars vs. -600px on lowest positioned avatars). This effectively causes the upper avatars to slide up off the hero canvas with much greater velocity than the lower positioned avatars. - And when you scroll back up to the hero section, the inverse happens where the lower positioned avatars "arrive back in place" from up above the hero canvas before the upper avatars come back into the scene and settle in place. - Overall I wanted this hero section to feel alive. The floating avatars, particle system with very subtle star movements, and the Caustics effect on the "Forever" text all sort of move at the pace of slow breathing - which is a great pace to create a sense of life and comfort in your scene. Conversion Results (so far) - When this new Framer site launched along with Calaxy v1.9 release on Base a couple weeks ago, we saw a surge in traffic, around 20k page views in the first few days. - Of those 20k hits, 11k visited the app install page ( - which is our main CTA - We saw around 10K new users in the first week after v1.9 launch Overall I'm very happy with the new site and early performance metrics. Lots of tweaking to do but its a good start. If you are a designer building in Framer - hit me with any questions on the above hero notes. Happy to share more specifics! 👾

I just built a Google Ads Builder in Claude Code that turns one URL into a complete, launch-ready campaign 🤯 Point it at your website and it builds the whole Google Search campaign — keywords, ad groups, every headline, the negative list — structured the way a good paid-search manager would. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who need Search live but don't have days to build it right. If you're staring at a blank Google Ads account, researching keywords one browser tab at a time, writing 15 headlines per ad group to a 30-character limit, guessing at a negative list while budget quietly leaks on junk clicks... This builds the entire campaign from a single input — your homepage URL: → Reads your site and works out what you sell and who for → Groups keywords into tight, high-intent ad groups → Writes every Responsive Search Ad — 15 headlines, 4 descriptions, to Google's exact limits → Builds a negative-keyword list so you stop paying for junk clicks → Adds sitelinks, callouts, match types, bidding, and a budget split → Exports a Google Ads Editor CSV you import in one click No blank-account paralysis. No keyword rabbit holes. No character-counting 60 headlines by hand. What you get: → A launch-ready campaign from just your URL → Tight ad groups built for Quality Score, not a keyword dump → Every ad written to Google's limits and policy → A one-click CSV import plus a full campaign dashboard Built 100% in Claude Code. No API keys, no Google Ads login. And I'm not sending a playbook this time — I'm giving the whole skill away for free. The actual file. Install it and build your own campaign in 5 minutes. Want the skill? > Like this post > Comment "BUILD" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

I just built a complete SEO audit plugin in Claude Code that replaces your $200/mo Ahrefs subscription 🤯 One Claude Plugin audits any store: technical SEO, product schema, content, Core Web Vitals, and AI-search readiness. Parallel agents, a 0-100 score, and a dashboard that renders right in the panel. All inside Claude Code. So I pointed it at Ridge .com, one of the sharpest DTC operators out there. It came back 56/100, and what stood out wasn't a knock on them at all: Ridge has a better AI-commerce setup than 99% of stores. A real llms.txt, an agent-discovery sitemap, a live MCP endpoint, genuinely ahead of the curve. And even on a store that dialed-in, the audit surfaced fixable gaps in ~90 seconds: → Room to add product structured data → A mobile Core Web Vitals score worth tightening → A thin meta description on a high-traffic collection Perfect for e-comm operators and SEO agencies who are sick of paying $200/mo for tools that bury the real issues, running quarterly audits that take a week, and shipping reports nobody can act on. So I put together the full playbook to build your own. The complete guide to building this Plugin in Claude Code: branded to you, tuned to exactly how you audit, repeatable across every client. The kind of audit you run in minutes and hand over as a deliverable that looks like it cost thousands. What's inside: → The architecture (orchestrator + parallel sub-agents) → How to fetch any store past Cloudflare → The 0-100 scoring + falsifiable-findings framework → How to ship the HTML dashboard for client demos → The full build, start to finish Want the playbook for free? > Like this post > Comment "SEO" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

Claude Cowork is f*cking ridiculous 🤯 One prompt → competitive research, creative briefs, 15 hook variations, and a full performance dashboard. All saved as real files on your computer. All inside Claude Desktop. If you're spending hours every week copy-pasting between tools, pulling competitor ads manually, writing briefs from scratch, and building reports in spreadsheets ... Claude Cowork eliminates the entire loop: → Point it at your project folder with brand voice + context files → It asks YOU clarifying questions instead of guessing → It builds a multi-step plan and executes while you step away → It creates real .docx, .xlsx, .pptx files — not chat responses → It connects to Slack, Google Drive, Airtable, and 50+ tools live No copy-pasting between tools. No babysitting the AI mid-task. No downloading and re-uploading files. What you get: → Competitive research synthesized into actionable creative angles → Ad briefs, hooks, and scripts generated in your brand voice → Interactive HTML dashboards built from your own customer data → Weekly performance reports created while you're getting coffee Built 100% inside Claude Desktop with skills, plugins, and connectors. I put together a full DTC playbook: 10 workflows with copy-paste prompts, the exact setup process, and the weekly operating rhythm I use. CHINESE ENGINEERS JUST WROTE CLAUDE SCRIPT AND TURNED $6.02 INTO $3.3 MILLION ON POLYMARKET Nobody tells you about them and you still think this is a person placing bets manually I guess. Let me disappoint you, this is a fully automated script built by Chinese engineers 100%. This is true. They called it PHANTOM X. It runs completely through Claude. Their account here: Result: $6.02 -> $3,354,000. Win rate 71%. Biggest win: $179,000 (single bet). I’m copying their trades here: (Just added their wallet to TG bot 0xee613b3fc183ee44f9da9c05f53e2da107e3debf, it's so easy) How the bot works: -> It simultaneously tracks thousands of sports markets on Polymarket and Kalshi. -> Finds discrepancies between the platforms. -> Enters positions faster than any human could imo. Just three strategies in one: -- Pairs Trading: the bot sees YES on the Rockets at $0.62 while NO is at $0.41. Total = $1.03 instead of $1.00. That’s a 3% risk-free profit. It enters automatically within milliseconds. -- Sentiment AI: scans Twitter (X) and news in real time. If something big breaks, it recalculates the probability in 2 seconds before the market reacts. -- Calendar + Volatility: 15–20 minutes before the game, volatility spikes. The bot takes positions early and closes after the first major move. Why sports is perfect? Sports O/U markets have clear paired contracts that should total exactly $1.00, but constant deviations create reliable arbitrage. This is exactly how [sovereign2013] built $3.35M. > A human physically cannot monitor 50+ markets at once, react in milliseconds, stay awake 24/7, avoid emotions after losses, and run Z-scores on 60 bars of data. > The bot does all of this in parallel without breaks. Manual trading is dying. The automation era has arrived. Start learning Claude now. If you’re interested in writing your own bot on Polymarket: Comment the word "BOT" Like and repost this post Follow me (so I can message you easly) And within 24 hours I will send you a full manual on how to build a bot that can earn $2,900+/month. Also SAVE this info and article.

We replaced a $221K/year UGC team with this Nano Banana Ad factory. Now this brand is running 900+ super realistic AI ads on Facebook and Tiktok And posts 20 new UGC Videos per day What agencies charge $8K-15K for (20 UGC videos, 3-week turnaround) Now takes 47 seconds. Unlimited creators. Most brands are stuck in the UGC nightmare: → Paying $15K+ monthly for inconsistent creators → Waiting 2-3 weeks for basic testimonial videos → Getting 5-8 generic videos max per campaign → Creators ghosting mid-production This system obliterates that completely. Upload your product → AI generates 900+ UGC variations → ready-to-launch video ads. Not mockups. Real scroll-stopping content. Built after watching brands burn $200K+ on creator networks that deliver recycled testimonials. The efficiency gains? Ridiculous: → 20x UGC production velocity → 97% cost reduction vs agencies → Unlimited video variations → Zero creator dependencies ever again How it works: 1️⃣ AI Avatar Generation Engine - Creates 15+ authentic spokespeople in seconds 2️⃣ Script Intelligence System - Maps product benefits to testimonial angles automatically 3️⃣ UGC Production Stack - Generates lifestyle demos, unboxings, testimonials instantly 4️⃣ Platform Optimization - Auto-formats for TikTok/FB/Instagram algorithms Deployed across 200+ brands generating $50M+ tracked revenue. 47-second production time per video. Complete UGC independence. Want to deploy this inside your brand? 1️⃣ Follow me 2️⃣ Comment "FACTORY" below and REPOST this post (I'll DM you the complete system once you follow me)

Claude Code + Nano Banana 2 is f*cking cracked 🤯 I built a skill inside Claude Code that writes JSON image prompts for Nano Banana 2, and the outputs look like they came from a professional photo shoot. One plain-text prompt. Claude rewrites it as structured JSON with lighting, camera, composition, style, and negative prompts. Then fires it off to Nano Banana 2. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who need high-volume ad creative without booking a shoot. If you're using Nano Banana 2 for product shots and lifestyle images but every generation feels like pulling a slot machine lever — random lighting, inconsistent style, plastic skin, misspelled labels ... This skill fixes the entire output: → You describe what you want in plain English → Claude rewrites it as a structured JSON prompt (lighting, camera angle, lens, depth of field, color grading — all of it) → Fires it to Nano Banana 2 via API → Saves the prompt + image in organized folders → You iterate on the style until it's dialed, then every output matches No more slot machine prompting. No more inconsistent brand imagery. No more burning credits on unusable generations. What you get: - Photo-realistic product shots and lifestyle images on demand - Full control over style, lighting, composition, and camera settings - Saved JSON prompts you can reuse across every campaign - A skill that gets smarter the more feedback you give it Built 100% in Claude Code with a custom skill + Python scripts. I put together a full playbook showing the exact skill, the JSON schema, and the workflow to set this up yourself. Claude Code Agent Teams are f*cking ridiculous 🤯 One prompt → a team lead breaks your project into pieces, spins up multiple AI agents, and they all work on different parts simultaneously. Research, builds, reviews, and debugging: all happening at the same time. All inside Claude Code. If you're running complex projects where every step waits on the last one... Agent teams eliminate the entire bottleneck: → Tell Claude what you need and describe the team structure in plain English → A lead agent breaks the work into a shared task list → It spawns 3-5 teammates — each with their own context and workspace → Teammates research, build, test, and review in parallel → They message each other, share findings, and challenge each other's work → The lead synthesizes everything into a finished deliverable No managing agents yourself. No waiting for step 1 to finish before step 2 starts. No single-lens reviews that miss half the issues. What you get: → Competitive research across 5 brands done in minutes instead of hours → Multi-component builds where frontend, backend, and data layers happen simultaneously → Creative reviews from 3 different angles at once — brand voice, conversion, differentiation → Funnel debugging where 4 agents investigate 4 theories and debate until they find the real answer Built 100% in Claude Code with one settings change. I put together a full DTC playbook: 5 workflows with copy-paste prompts, the exact setup process, token management tips, and honest guidance on when agent teams are worth it vs. when a simpler approach is the better move. You already know about the $150K+ prize pool. But do you know who's actually deciding who takes it home? For 10X Founders Demo Day v2.0 we didn't just fill six judge seats. We built a panel of people who've actually operated inside this industry, not just written checks into it - operators who've run exchange platforms, engineered tokenomics for billion-dollar protocols, and grown ecosystem TVL by billions in under a year. If your pitch has any soft spots, this is the room that finds them 🔍 Meet the panel: Obsidian 🇭🇰 - Associate Director, Investment & Strategic Partnership at Animoca Brands ✈️ Korea Blockchain Week 🇰🇷 Animoca Brands: 600+ portfolio companies, 20+ verticals, from gaming to RWA. Ian's focus is infrastructure and tokenization - he built Animoca's staking business and advises on tokenomics for a $2B gaming project. Expect questions that go deeper than the deck Nautro - Venture Partner at Contribution Capital A $30M pre-seed/seed fund backing infra, middleware and Fintech 3.0 (LI.FI, zkPass, Ethos and more). Roman spent 15+ years in marketing, BD and Web3 before this. Expect him to skip the buzzwords and test if you actually understand your own business IvAn🤪 | Comma3 - Founding Partner at Comma3 Ventures ~$50M AUM, all-in on Sui this cycle - Ivan's team helped grow its TVL from $250M to $2.35B in under a year. That's six people who've actually built what they'll be judging you on 🎯 And one more thing worth saying out loud: pitching here isn't just about the $150K. Beyond the panel, a packed room of top-tier VCs, angel investors, and ecosystem partners will be tuning in as attendees. It's a shot in front of investors who'd normally take months of intros to reach individually, all in one room, on one day And time is officially ticking - there are only 7 days left to apply ⏳ In one week, applications close and "I'll do it later" won't be an option anymore. If your project is ready to be seen, now is the time 8 founders. 6 judges. One stage. August 25 🔥 🔗 Apply now:
