The stream is locked to 30 FPS and it looks smooth on YouTube. Originally it is running between 30–40 FPS but X has always had optimization issues with video quality and FPS. That’s probably why it looks like 20 FPS.

This clip is very misleading. I dunno why, but your clip is running at a very questionable framerate. I just checked out the stream where its from and there is no frame problems like in your clip 🤷‍♂️

Pretty good for an handheld! 30-40fps seems fine with portability option in hand.

compression lowered the fps, you should reupload this rather than keep this up cuz it's literally just not the true fps of the game, it runs much faster
