First match vs a Top 10, first win 🤯 Gea's Masters debut gets better and better, as he upsets Shelton 7-6(5) 7-6(3)!

Shelton and Cobolli, GS finalists, big drops now...

Good riddance!

that attempted volley?? wtf man 🤣

Under 3% of Masters 1000 debutants have done this. Since the Masters 1000 were created (1990), out of 899 debutants: 🔹 23 beat a top-10 opponent in their first main-draw Masters tournament 🔹 That is 2.6% Gea 🇫🇷 is the first since Marozsan 🇭🇺 in Rome 2023. Shelton 🇺🇸 was one of them himself, with his win over a top-5 in Cincinnati 2022. #RolexShanghaiMasters

Arthur Gea just took out world No. 4 Shelton in two tiebreaks in Shanghai. First Masters main draw, first top-10 win. Remember the name #ShanghaiMasters

Gea is legit.

dude really woke up and chose violence against the one person who did the exact same thing to him two years ago. karma in tennis is just a full circle moment and i live for it

the tiebreaks tell the whole story honestly. no way you beat shelton in two of those without ice in your veins
