But while always maintaining that identity, I believe the quality this time around will really show people, 'This is ENHYPEN.' sunghoon’s acceptance speech for the ‘ALBUM OF THE YEAR (DAESANG)’ award 🤍 🍙 engenes ~ because all of you gave so much love to our album, we were able to receive such a huge award. like we mentioned earlier, we’re really thankful to everyone who helped us. I think the happiest thing for us is being able to perform on stage together with all of you under these shining lights. so going forward too, we want to keep promoting and enjoying these moments together with you for a long, long time. we also have a world tour coming up and we’re preparing a new album as well, so engenes, please look forward to it a lot. And we’re coming to japan again too .. I think we’ll be traveling all around the world and spending lots of fun moments together with you all, which makes me really excited. let’s do our best for the rest of this year too. 🐈 Actually, even if I were to quit this someday, I think that would be the biggest reason. The reason I can’t quit this job is because, first of all, I’m not alone anymore. When I debuted, I was by myself, but now I have all of you. So even if one day I start to dislike this work and it gets really hard, that’s why it feels a bit scary. It’s frightening. Because these relationships have become so deep. For me, those 7 years passed by so incredibly fast, right? But I don’t think the time ahead will pass slowly. It’ll probably fly by just as quickly. At that point, the situation might change, my feelings might change, and there might really come a day when I want to stop. In those moments, I think I’ll be very conflicted. That’s why I want to keep doing this for a really, really long time.. healthily, smiling, together with the people I love. Someday we’ll all become grandpas and grandmas, right?
