On this eventful day, I realized MK Stalin is a Gentleman and EPS is a Scumbag! Till this morning, there were talks between the DMK first family and EPS to explore the possibility of a DMK–ADMK coalition government. The person who was most interested was Durga Stalin. She always wanted to make her son the next Chief Minister. In fact, it was her long-standing wish to see her son becoming CM, hence all the temple visits. The deal that was being discussed was a 50:50 arrangement, where Udhayanidhi would be CM for 2½ years and EPS for the rest. Now you can decipher why EPS locked up his MLAs in some resort. He feared his MLAs might desert him, support Vijay, and form a TVK–ADMK coalition government instead.
