First test with Runway Aleph and zero image references, just prompts. Andrej Karpathy, as you see, this is absolutely perfect and zero notes :)

For Seedance, converting the source video first back into a grid storyboard and then using that to drive the generation works fairly well.

I would have done the whole thing, but AI wasn't a fan of doing too much with LotR IP - content restrictions.
