O ordered a fryer from Walmart while I was eating my first one. If you're ready for it, throw your turkey in the smoker until it's like 140, finish it in the fryer (bacon up!) Ppl will be talking about it months later, trust me 👍🏻

First time making pho and this is how I did it. Cooking a new cuisine for the first time was more challenging than I was expecting. There was a lot to learn and mistakes along the way but happy it turned out okay. The pho wasn't quite what I was expecting. It had good meaty flavor but lacking that authentic taste. The oxtail fried rice, however, was a nice surprise.
