it's because they don't actually punish griefing and the Rioter in the vod knows it. They're safe as long as they didn't use mean words!

When even the employees are griefing thats how you know the game is cooked. Now it makes sense why so many ppl play the way they do and theres like 0 consequences besides an “I understand” prompt. This is super disappointing.
