I dont know who teaches this but if people miss a turn they abruptly in the middle of the road, or reverse rather than drive 2-3 kms extra and take the turn ahead. How expensive is time and fuel compared to life?

An absolute idiot van driver. Reversing a big vehicle is pathetic. Generally other drivers / riders will only think vehicle moving in front but instead if it reverses the reaction time and distance will be low. Wet surface + Speed became lethal for the two wheeler

100% fault of van driver. he started taking turn at 4:54:45 & accident happened at 4:54:48. So the bike was just 3 seconds away from van. The driver could have easily seen the biker was coming in.though the bike was bit on high speed on slippery road, still major fault with van.

After watching such videos, I've started watching blind spots more and more. It's surprising how many things are hidden in blind spots that are not commonly visible from driving position and mirrors.

I think its biker fault. He was speeding and did not see the van turning. Van was truning very slowly.

Bikers , pedestrians trying to pass while a vehicle is reversing , taking a turn is a huge problem . A lot of times I have had my BP go up because a biker or a pedestrian is impatient to pass while I am reversing . It is illegal to pass when a vehicle is reversing with the reverse indicator being lit .

The basic these !diots can do is to use turn indicators. That will save most lives. Why s it that Indian drivers feel it’s not required to use turn indicators inspite of having one provided by the manufacturer? Are they saving the world from global warming by not using it?
