The government has repeatedly used FISA Section 702 to conduct unjustified searches involving American protesters, political donors, judges and members of Congress. A federal court has now held that warrantless searches of Section 702 data for a U.S. person’s communications violated the Fourth Amendment.

We have U.S Constitutional Courts for Americans. There is no reason to have secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Courts used domestically on U.S. Citizens. It is like rolling out Sharia law in USA. Been a victim of domestic defamation/watchlist/blacklist/hatelist since at least 2013, likely to steal my identity/inheritance, in RICO Scheme. Once on this list, there is no way to get off. No due process is ever provided to clear your name, no matter who you got to. I have prided myself on trying to do right, not wrong. It's shocking that this could happen to me! My family has 4 generations of serving/fighting in Armed Forces: 2 WWII Vet Grandfathers-Navy and Army Dentist/Captain, Dad=Army Soldier, FIL=Special Forces/Green Beret, Spouse=West Point Grad/Captain, and Son=Marine Officer) to protect our great nation, yet this is what has been done to me, most likely by sibling(s). I am a Conservative, Law-Abiding, Christian Republican who speaks the Truth to protect the most innocent amongst us.
