This is from a series of monkey torture videos. The monkey is obviously tied to the fish somehow, and it's reaction is part of an extensive network of videos requested that include burning, and decapitating monkeys. It's the same as the monkey caught in the obviously dead alligator vids from a few weeks ago. The fish is also obviously dead as well.
