School meal in a public primary school in Minquan county, Henan, China. Minquan 5 years ago, was a poverty stricken county, the poorest county in China's 7th poorest province. But through targeted poverty alleviation, every poverty stricken county and village in China was lifted out of poverty in 2020. Minquan specifically, was taken off from the list of poverty counties in 2019. The result is for all to see.
