Youre supposed to take the bumper off and do that from the inside IF you choose to fix it. That bumper is probably 100$ brand new.

Seems like just changing the bumper cover would take less time

I did use plastic soldering on mine and it worked a treat! Ok the paint could have been done better but I’m happy with the final result
