Then why is the sun low (more southerly) in the sky in the winter, while the planets are higher (more northerly) and vice versa for both in the summer? Answer: Because the Earth is round with a 22.5-degree tilt. Draining water reverses rotation when you cross the equator, and the seasons are the opposite in the Southern Hemisphere as they are in the Northern Hemisphere. It's basic stuff and no math or hooky science will ever prove otherwise.

If flat earthers are so stupid and the idea of living on a flat earth is so absurd and archaic, why did CNN think it necessary to do a hit piece on #flatearth, calling them “NAZIS” and “FRINGE OF THE FRINGE” cult members? And why does YouTube put that video at the top of a flat earth search? It’s a pretty safe bet that if CNN is using that kind of language to describe individuals who simply believe that we live on a flat, motionless plane, then there is definitely truth in the message that the “fringe of the fringe” are sharing with people. You have never truly looked into your model. So instead of trying to prove Flat Earth to you, in this thread we will look at a few of the things you must believe, in order to believe in the heliocentric model. Let’s start with tides… This video explains mainstream science’s beliefs on what causes the tides. In order to believe this model you also have to believe that the moon with its weaker gravity, over powers the earth’s gravity in order to pull the water away from earth. Yes, it does sound silly doesn’t it. You also have to believe that for some reason the moon’s gravity only works on salt water and ignores fresh water.
