I support the view to intersperse the flexi bollards with tough ones every so often. Will net some jokers like this one

Yeah bollards may be a solution, especially in where the crosswalk is. Looks like a pretty pedestrian heavy area, this road would benefit from prohibiting access to large class trucks all together.

Every car lengthish should be a real bollard. That way the hybrid option would be much cheaper to put everywhere but still effective 😂
