Flight 13 splashdown flap cam side by side

I'm glad they have symmetrical cameras nowadays. I remember during V1 and V2 era the left flap camera was normal and the right one was zoomed in for some reason. I don't know if it was a different camera setup or some weird production decision but it's gone now

It's the focal length of the camera, I assume it was so we could get both wide views and normal views, like how a phone has multiple cameras. I actually didn't notice they had reversed that until I made this edit.

That does make sense I noticed the change instantly because I fell in love with this camera view since Flight 1 recap but they never showed it again for quite a while
