@Suraya4Aziz I suspect there are airlines that deliberately delays flights so that they can merge 2 flights into one.

It is true, delays are unavoidable due to unpredictable circumstances, BUT if you don’t fully utilized all your aircraft at one time and allow 1 or 2 aircraft for spare or standby, those delay timing can be shortened and less frequent. Am ex airliner operational staff
