#FloatToLive: - Tilt your head back with ears submerged. - Relax and try to breath normally. - Move your hands to help you stay afloat. - Once you are over the initial shock, call for help or swim to safety. - In an emergency call 999 or 112 and ask for the coastguard.

#FloatToLive is such an important message to share. Accidental drowning is a tragic and preventable loss of life. Knowing what to do if you get into trouble in the water can make all the difference.

Proud to wear one of your Great Coats (even though I live nowhere near the sea) We were taught as kids to put our change in when we had our holidays, I do more these days and pass on the message down the Generations. 👊
