@AGJamesUthmeier @GovRonDeSantis @CollierSheriff @CollierGov - you all better wake up. The flock cameras you have allowed everywhere in Collier county and all over Florida are completely illegal and unconstitutional. TAKE THEM DOWN NOW.

Shouldn't the President be doing something about this? Hummm maybe we should ask ourselves why HE ISN'T???

The Constitution limits government. What happens when government increasingly acts through private companies instead? That’s the question I set out to answer in The Proxy State: A Constitutional Case on Proxy Governance. Now available on Amazon. #Constitution #CivilLiberties #TheProxyState

Using GPS to track movements requires a warrant. Using Flock to track movements requires a warrant. If law enforcement uses GPS or Flock without a warrant, that is a violation of the Constitution. Are you claiming that GPS & Flock should be abolished to prevent unlawful use?

I’m saying the people have a right to be secure in effects! Period and cars are effects

How does a picture of your license plate make you insecure? You seem to be saying the systems themselves (GPS & Flock) are unconstitutional. Both require a warrant to make a specific subject "insecure" in their car.

@RealDaveCares4u It’s not a picture it video of and audio recording you conversations in a radius by the camera.

@CaliDreamingof @RealDaveCares4u It seems if they are recording audio conversations as a third party, that would have to be posted prominently in and around the areas of the Flock devices. I don't like the video, but people do have a certain expectation of privacy in conversation. That's mad!

@9oldendragon @CaliDreamingof The constitution doesn’t make gov swear based on expectation, they swore based on what’s written

I don’t trust them because there’s too much catch and release going on if you really wanted the criminals. They would use them where they’re know there’s gonna be a riot.

@RealKahall you agree? I align with Dave Jose on this. Curious on your thoughts.

That should also apply to TCU units that track your car

Trackers are not comparable to flock cameras. You cannot collect “the whole” of a persons physical movements with flock cameras. There will never be enough flock cameras to do that.

Many more people need to learn, the constitution is just an old piece of parchment. Without civil enforcement it means nothing. They have zero fear of an uprising right now, they feel as though they can do as they please. And they can.

The case sounds like it could have occurred in China. 🇨🇳 Instead it’s from a blue state. 🤬 I guess that’s almost like the same thing.
