To really fix this, it means demolishing what was built wrong without compromise, rebuilding the right way, and most importantly, "proper, regular maintenance." The government alone can’t solve it. People still dump waste into poorly built, unmaintained drainage. Bad town planning, poor maintenance, and careless habits make it a cycle, and "Lekkians" will always have the receipts for the price they consistently pay when nature calls. My condolences. 🙏
