Flooded area in Port-Harcourt.

The government needs to explain exactly what happened here, citizens can't just wake up one morning and everywhere is flooded because of one night of rainfall. This would only be possible with a sustained days of unbreakable heavy fall. Which dam was opened? What's going on?

The state is going through a natural disaster and the governor is nowhere to be found, his vacation trip in America matters more to him than this

So no content creator can make contents on the flooded areas in Port Harcourt so people know areas to avoid when looking for house.

This is past the time for mini quick fixes. The entire Port harcourt map should be looked at new & old maps. Identify natural water channels & reopen all. Pull down buildings that are in the way. Create new channels for newly developed areas. For a network of channels.
