I have heard that previous administrations stated that in order to keep these demonic reptilians from attacking and killing humans, they made a deal to feed them children. This is incorrect in the fact that the tunnel will not remain flooded. Reason I say this goes back to Chan Thomas's book "Adam and Eve Story". There will eventually be another Extinction Level Event in which large groups of people will need to either be on a tall mountain or deep underground to survive. An example would be the caves and tunnels in Turkey, in which people survived previous cataclysms. Until we can breach the dome and escape, we will need an alternate way to survive. *My opinion only.
