He was booked in Baton Rouge for contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, distribution/possession with the intent to distribute, and illegal use of controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a person under 17. The man was not the child’s father, but used to date one of the child’s relatives. How can adults do this to children? What do you ultimately think a penalty for something like this should be?
