The installation process only takes two simple steps: first align the flexible display film on the glass, then smooth it out with a squeegee. It can turn ordinary glass into a high-definition display, creating stunning 3D visual effects like waterfalls, jellyfish and underwater scenes on building facades, shopping mall windows and exhibition walls, without complex construction or professional teams.

Thanks to an Android app called Liquid Glass, I can finally achieve an almost limitless Liquid Glass lock screen experience on One UI. It supports depth effects, lets you tweak all kinds of glass parameters, and even allows full font customization. You can use virtually any font you download, giving you an incredible level of freedom. The results are genuinely stunning. The biggest downside is that the setup is quite complicated. Adjusting the clock, in particular, takes a lot of steps instead of being something you can edit directly, so the learning curve is fairly steep. I really hope the developer can make the customization process more intuitive in future updates, and add more language options, especially Chinese, so more users can enjoy it.

HTML enters 3D! Or vice versa? With the new HTML in Canvas by WICG, we can finally put native DOM elements directly into WebGL/WebGPU scenes. It is experimental for now, but the possibilities for 3D interfaces and special effects are huge. It just shipped its biggest update to date, introducing Split View for side-by-side Markdown editing and live preview, with smooth bidirectional scroll sync. A memory like this: I’ve been exploring Liquid Glass for at least one year now, recreating many versions exactly nine all built with totally different techniques. I came to a realization. iOS 26, at least for me, missed part of the purpose. Liquid Glass is often used as decoration, while refraction could become the core of the user experience. Not an embellishment, but interaction itself. By turning a glass panel, refraction reveals something else: another app, another image, another portal. That’s when it clicked. You look through one image, turn slightly, and suddenly you’re somewhere else. Same moment, different feeling. I really hope Apple takes this approach to the next level. Vibecoded with WebGL.

i'm writing my own gui framework in c++ and rewriting my image editor using it, which is going good so far, i wanted to move from swiftui, qt, tauri, electron, react native, and flutter so i can use metal and directx gpu apis on macos and windows as much as possible,so i think going full metal/directx is the way to go i know i have a very hard and long way to go though as there are many many flaws,bugs in this very very early version and doesnt utilize the gpu as much as i want to but i hope we will get there soon ,i also need to make the ui look somewhat decent instead of whatever mess it is right now

It's incredible what you can do with Rive + Cursor in just a few hours. This nav I built in Rive is fully integrated into my Swift app and took a fraction of the time to build as it would doing it all in code. It's super performant and really lightweight.

Users can actually control how much Liquid Glass they want instead of being forced into a single design choice. Ill be fr, even though I think they can do more with the Danganronpa 2x2 UI, the actual sound design, and HUD/effects animation are sooo damn good I don't really see anybody complimenting it so it's my time to step up. This is sexy. The glass break sfx damn yall got it.
