🌐 XDC Network x Brickken | Institutional Tokenization Infrastructure In our latest XDC Network show, we sat down with Ludo R., Co-Founder and CRO of Brickken, to discuss what real, institutional-grade tokenization looks like in practice today. Brickken has already enabled $300M+ in tokenized value across 16+ jurisdictions, supporting compliant issuance of equity, debt, funds, and real-world assets. This is not experimental infrastructure. It is production-grade. One of the biggest misconceptions is that tokenization is mainly a technical challenge. In reality, the hardest work happens off-chain: legal structuring, jurisdictional compliance, and institutional onboarding. Brickken exists to unify all of this into a single operating layer. We discussed why Brickken chose to integrate with XDC Network. Institutional finance cannot operate on unpredictable costs or congested networks. XDC’s fast finality, near-zero and predictable fees, and enterprise-aligned infrastructure make it a practical foundation for real-world assets. The bigger shift is who is leading adoption. Early narratives focused on retail. What we are seeing now is institutions moving first, driven by efficiency, instant settlement, and operational clarity as regulatory frameworks mature. Tokenization is entering its next phase: plug-and-play infrastructure, institutional-grade standards, and real integration with traditional finance. Podcast supported by XDC Foundation

FLOKI LAUNCHES TOKENFI (with "TOKEN" ticker) TO CAPITALIZE ON THE TRILLION-DOLLAR TOKENIZATION INDUSTRY Floki has launched a crypto and asset tokenization platform named TokenFi to capitalize on the trillion-dollar tokenization industry. The tokenization industry is projected to be a $16 trillion industry by the year 2030. BlackRock, the world's biggest institutional investor with $10 trillion of assets under management, strongly believes in the industry's potential, which they call "the next evolution in markets". TokenFi, with the ticker TOKEN, aims to simplify the crypto and asset tokenization process and eventually become the foremost tokenization platform in the world. We will unveil the platform website on the 27th of October, and you can finally see what we've got planned, but for now, you can find the token details below. TOKENFI TOKEN DETAILS: - Token name: TokenFi - Token Ticker: TOKEN - Total supply: 10 billion tokens split across BSC and ETH (5 billion tokens on each chain). - Launch market cap: $50,000 circulating and $500,000 diluted market cap. - Industry targeted: Tokenization, Real World Assets, Launchpad. An initial 10% token supply will be added to Liquidity Pools on Uniswap and PancakeSwap to provide public liquidity and allow interested parties to trade. TRADING WILL COMMENCE ON UNISWAP AND PANCAKESWAP BY 3PM UTC ON OCTOBER, 27 2023. - BSC contract address: 0x4507cEf57C46789eF8d1a19EA45f4216bae2B528 - ETH contract address: 0x4507cEf57C46789eF8d1a19EA45f4216bae2B528 (NOTE: The contract address is the same on both the BSC and ETH chains). FLOKI stakers will earn 56% of the supply over a period of 4 years. The Floki community is known for being diamond-handed, and with TokenFi being in an industry with MASSIVE potential, FLOKI holders are the best candidates to receive the majority of TokenFi tokens. Since they would be staking their FLOKI tokens to get the new token, this will also ensure stability for the FLOKI token! TokenFi supply will be split evenly between the BSC and ETH chains: In other words, there will be 5 billion tokens on BSC and 5 billion tokens on ETH, to make for a combined total of 10 billion tokens. 5% of the supply will be paired with LP on BSC and the other 5% on ETH. This will make the starting circulating market cap on BSC a $25k market cap and on ETH a $25k market cap to make a combined initial circulating market cap of $50k and an initial fully diluted market cap of $500k (which will be gradually released to FLOKI stakers over a four year period). IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE FIRST HOUR OF LAUNCH We understand that with this being a Floki token, there is a lot of hype. As a result, we have put measures in place to limit the impact of snipers on the token: Specifically, there will be a 1% wallet cap (of total supply) within the first hour of launch. That means no individual wallet can buy more than 100 million tokens within the first hour of the token becoming tradable. In addition, there will be an initial buy/sell transaction tax of 20% within the first hour. This transaction tax will do two things: 1) potentially limit the impact of snipers and 2) ensure a significant portion of whatever snipers/early buyers spend goes to the Floki treasury, which can be used for growth and development efforts. After the first hour, the wallet cap will be removed, and the transaction tax will be lowered to 5%. This 5% tax will remain in place for a week, after which the Floki DAO will vote on whether or not to remove or reduce it. We have instructed our exchange partners not to list TokenFi until this DAO vote. OUR PLAN FOR TOKENFI TokenFi is a well-thought-out concept that we have a strong capability to deliver on! We will unveil our roadmap with the launch of the TokenFi website on the 27th of October, 2023. However, we assure you that several TokenFi products are in advanced development on testnet and are due to go live in Q4 2023. In addition, we are working with some of the biggest names in the industry - especially from an institutional perspective - to make TokenFi a success, and they are quite excited about the concept and its potential. In our original DAO proposal, we already announced DWF Labs as our main institutional partner and market maker for TokenFi. We also announced a strategic partnership with World Table Tennis that will introduce TokenFi to a massive audience of 120 million people. We will announce many more partners in the coming weeks and months, and I'm sure that when you see the moves we have made, you will see why there is no better person to execute this vision than Floki!

To our community, clients, and partners, We are closing the year with clarity. This has been Brickken’s best year. We began by announcing a 2.5m raise backed by venture capital firms that invested in execution, not noise. We used that capital to do what matters in this industry: ship product, secure strategic distribution, and build infrastructure that institutions can rely on. This year Brickken became an official tokenization provider for ecosystems such as MANTRA | The EVM L1 for RWAs and XDC Network . These are not symbolic partnerships. They are aligned networks with real demand, long term relevance, and a clear path to institutional scale. We chose partners that are building on chain capital markets, and we are building with them. We also delivered the full product stack. • Our web application is live and production ready. • Our white label platform is live for institutions that need brand control and compliant operations. • Our API is live for teams that require deep integration into existing systems. Brickken is not a promise. It is operational infrastructure. That execution turned into measurable traction. We closed the year with 41m in TVL and surpassed 100 active clients. These are real businesses deploying real assets, running real issuance flows, and building long term programs on Brickken . Tokenization is no longer a concept. It is becoming financial infrastructure, and Brickken is already operating in that reality. The market context matters. Crypto markets faced pressure and the BKN token moved with the cycle. That is not unique to Brickken, it is systemic. What matters is how a company performs when conditions are not easy. We stayed disciplined. We kept shipping. We kept onboarding. We protected the long term plan. This is where our community proved its strength. Your commitment is not passive support, it is a strategic advantage. • The token matters because it is part of the ecosystem we are building. • Our clients matter because they validate product market fit with capital and repetition. • Our partners matter because they expand distribution and credibility. Together, this forms a single system built on trust, alignment, and execution. Now to what comes next. 2026 is the year Brickken steps into leadership. We are contributing to the standards that will define the market, including ERC 7943, because leadership belongs to the builders who shape the rules and deliver the rails. Brickken has a voice in this ecosystem, and it is increasingly referenced and followed for one reason: we execute. We have what it takes to lead at scale. • The team. • The know how. • The product. • The treasuries. • The institutional relationships. • The discipline to keep building through any cycle. We always said we wanted to be a tokenization platform. That ambition has matured. Now the objective is unambiguous: To become the tokenization platform. Competitors can keep talking. We will keep delivering. The gap will not close, it will widen. Our goal is singular: unicorn scale built on real infrastructure, real adoption, and long term value creation. Thank you for building this with us. The foundation is complete. The next phase begins now. Edwin Mata CEO and Co Founder Brickken

Tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs) is one of the most transformative developments in finance and blockchain. Traditionally illiquid assets such as real estate, private equity, commodities, and art are digitized into blockchain-based tokens, enabling fractional ownership, greater liquidity, global accessibility, enhanced transparency, and efficient trading without intermediaries. Experts (incl. BlackRock) see tokenized RWAs as a multi-trillion-dollar shift. Projections range from hundreds of billions to trillions in coming years, driven by institutional adoption, clearer regulation, and scaling from pilots to production. Enter Realio Network ( a leading player built specifically to capture this RWA revolution. Realio Network’s Cutting-Edge Technology Realio Network is an interoperable Layer-1 blockchain developed using the Cosmos SDK, with full EVM compatibility (allowing Ethereum-style smart contracts) and powered by the Comet BFT (formerly Tendermint) consensus engine. It features a unique native multi-staking Proof-of-Stake (PoS) mechanism, the first of its kind, that secures the network not just with its native token but also with real-world value through staking of tokenized RWAs and hybrid security tokens. As a multi-chain ecosystem, Realio leverages the IBC protocol for seamless interoperability across EVM and non-EVM chains (like Ethereum, Algorand, Binance Smart Chain, Solana and Base - bridges), enabling compliant issuance, management, and trading of digitally native RWAs. It’s open-source, permissionless, and compliance-focused, bridging traditional finance (TradFi) with decentralized finance (DeFi) while reducing barriers for issuers and investors. The $RIO Token: The Heart of the Network $RIO is the native gas and utility token of the Realio Network. It powers all transactions on the chain paying for gas fees, executing smart contracts, and facilitating operations across the ecosystem. Validators and delegators can bond $RIO (along with other assets like security tokens) to secure the network and earn block rewards, creating a system backed by both crypto and real-world value. With a capped supply of 175million total, depending on sources and multi-chain presence, $RIO drives governance participation, staking rewards, and overall network utility. It’s purely a utility token (not an investment in the entity), with value driven by network adoption and speculation always DYOR. Realio isn’t just infrastructure it’s building a full ecosystem for RWAs. Starting with Freehold Wallet This non-custodial, multi-chain DeFi wallet app is built directly on Realio’s blockchain infrastructure. It offers secure management of digital assets across chains, portfolio analytics, staking, and investment tools with a beginner-friendly mobile experience (available on iOS). Freehold empowers users to access and interact with RWAs seamlessly, and it enables anyone to tokenize any RWAs on the Realio Network Layer-1 blockchain, lowering barriers for creators and issuers to bring real-world assets on-chain. Districts A real-world-themed immersive virtual world that connects physical and digital realities. Users can own tokenized districts (RWAs) and shape the virtual world. Built on Realio Layer-1 with its own token $DSTRX “Own a piece of the digital world. Shape its future. Build your legacy.” Adding $RST: Hybrid Equity & Security Token $RST is a pioneering hybrid digital security token in the Realio ecosystem. Issued under Reg D/S, it gives holders real equity ownership and profit-sharing in Realio Technology LTD (the entity behind the network’s IP and development), plus blockchain utility features. Realio Network leads the RWA boom with strong tech, $RIO utility token, and tools like Freehold + visionary Districts project. Amnis is entering a defining chapter in our journey. AMI Buyback Proposal is not just a governance event; it represents a strategic move to reinforce the protocol’s foundation before stepping into its next phase of growth. A buyback shows long-term confidence and a commitment to strengthening token value by optimizing supply and aligning with the community. By consolidating its structure, Amnis is better prepared for broader market exposure, deeper liquidity, and the next stage of growth. This is part of a deliberate sequence. Buyback comes first. Structure becomes stronger. Momentum builds. And when the foundation is ready, expansion follows. A new listing is not a matter of if, but when? AMI is approaching the spotlight moment! 🌐

Players play. Investors invest. Everybody wins. That's the sweet deal Plots.Finance 🎮 has to offer 🍬 Plots Finance is a visionary Game Item Financing (GiFi) platform that comes into play to connect and offer the best deal for every character in GameFi: gamers investors and NFT owners. Web3 games bring a new dimension to the gaming industry, real asset ownership. This brings a new participants to the market, namely investors and speculators. Investors often acquire game NFTs solely for profit, either by farming or waiting for the value to increase, without much regard for their utility. Conversely, gamers are mainly interested in utility offered by playing the actual game, but sometimes lack the necessary funds for the initial investment because investors bid the prices to astronomical levels. And that's exactly why the web3 gaming industry needs the critical infrastructure provided by Plots Finance. The platform provides gamers with access to free in-game assets. Additionally, it offers the opportunity to purchase a fraction of an in-game asset. The project has 2 tokens: ▪️ $VLND is minted by providing liquidity in ETH to the platform. It's a yielding proof-of-ownership token, and represents the portfolio of digital assets managed by the platform. ▪️ $PLOTS, whose holders can be involved in the project in multiple ways: make DAO governance proposals, get revenue from platform fees, or pay less fees in the case of gamers, just to name a few. Plots Finance will initially focus its portfolio on pixel farmlands, and plans on widening it very soon to other gaming assets from some of the best games on the market. The IDO of $PLOTS is coming to Seedify soon, and whether you're an investor or a gamer (or both!), one thing is for sure — there will be something to win.

📢 EstateX Building the ESX Blockchain: Creating the Binance of Tokenization The next big thing is here! EstateX is once again pioneering a revolutionary development that will redefine the potential of our company—and, more importantly, the $ESX token itself. Let’s dive in. No Changes to Launch Date Rest assured, this exciting new feature will not affect our anticipated launch date. We remain committed to launching in 2024, with an unwavering focus on delivering maximum value and stability to our investors. EstateX continues to lead as one of the highest-staked ICOs in the market, thanks to our loyal community and investors. Introducing the EstateX L1 Blockchain EstateX is thrilled to announce our very own L1 blockchain—designed with unique features to power a fully-fledged ecosystem focused on tokenization. Our vision is to make EstateX the Binance of tokenization, where asset owners and projects can not only create tokens but leverage EstateX’s vast infrastructure, raise funds through our community and institutional network, make use of our legal framework and receive marketing & branding support. In this video, you’ll hear directly from myself and our CTO, Graham, as we break down the technical details and show you how this move strengthens the entire EstateX ecosystem. Migration to the $ESX Chain Once live on the mainnet in 2025, the $ESX tokens will transition to our blockchain, becoming the chain’s native currency. While this blockchain is a key milestone, our commitment remains to the EstateX investment platform, which is integral to our broader vision and future success. It’s an essential part in our Binance of Tokenization strategy where on the one hand you have our blockchain, and on the other hand our investment platform to raise funds and make use of our legal framework and tech. A Unique Blockchain for Real-World Assets (RWA) EstateX is creating a one-of-a-kind RWA chain tailored to various asset classes, providing unparalleled opportunities for asset owners and investors. Projects will benefit from a comprehensive support package, including 24/7 legal support in the US and EU, access to both retail and institutional investors, marketing support, liquidity networks, and customizable whitelabel investment and management software. This robust support and infrastructure will solidify EstateX as the top destination for tokenization, all while delivering immense value for $ESX holders. Leading the RWA Space with Cutting-Edge Architecture EstateX’s polychain architecture will support multi-asset tokenization, global decentralization, and legal compliance across regions. By building parallel L1 chains alongside an L0 global settlement chain, we aim to create an ecosystem with fast transaction times and interoperability across product classes. Our multi-stage deployment will enable us to support dedicated L1 chains for specific markets, and later, a unifying L0 settlement chain for seamless cross-chain integration. All EstateX chains will utilize Proof-of-Stake consensus, EVM compatibility, and $ESX as the native currency. Streamlined Onboarding and White-Label Solutions Our design prioritizes fast, frictionless onboarding for third-party RWA providers. Through white-label integrations, EstateX will help market participants bypass technical and regulatory barriers. This will expand market opportunities by cutting costs, easing compliance, and offering solutions like on-chain KYC/KYB verification, payment gateways, exchange services, and proof-of-custody options. EstateX remains committed to transparency and accountability, with cryptographic solutions to ensure secure, trustless interactions. In addition, we’re developing RWA-specific token standards and maintaining open-source contributions to foster cross-market innovation. Onboarding Massive Partnerships for Massive Growth We are already onboarding major partners to our blockchain, offering them a blend of platform offerings and white-label solutions designed for scalability. Through these partnerships, EstateX will host large volumes of tokenized assets, benefiting from the secondary marketplaces and legal frameworks we provide. This high activity will drive substantial volume on the ESX chain, fueling demand and utility for the ESX token as we scale our infrastructure and only with delivering whitelabel technology. We are thrilled to announce that one of our first major onboarded partners will be revealed within the next two weeks. Stay tuned, as we are also in talks with high-profile sectors, including sports teams and other exciting industries. EstateX is set to lead the RWA landscape, establishing an ecosystem that is ready for the next phase of blockchain innovation. Thank you for being part of this journey!

We made huge progress on regulatory clarity for crypto in 2025 with stablecoin legislation, and this is already driving growth in the U.S. If we can land market structure legislation next (CLARITY, or the like), it will be a strong foundation to build the future of financial services in the U.S.

Pioneering the future of blockchain, VeChain's dual-token system revolutionizes the fee structure, ensuring affordable and consistent costs. Harnessing the power of $VTHO & $VET, this model is a testament to our commitment to efficient and predictable solutions. Let’s break down this essential part of the VeChain ecosystem and how it powers a sustainable blockchain. 👇 → Dual-Token Model $VET = Value store & staking $VTHO = Energy for transactions Every action on VeChain—tokenizing your daily actions on for instance—is recorded on the blockchain, with $VET serving as the medium to transfer value within the ecosystem, providing a foundation for scalable blockchain applications. $VTHO is expended to facilitate these operations, serving as the fuel that propels the system. → What role does $VTHO play in the VeChain Renaissance? Under a pivotal new distribution model, rewards shift from VET-based VTHO generation to rewarding users based on staked VET & network contributions. This paradigm shift magnifies the value of the VeChain ecosystem, fortifying its resilience and adaptability in the evolving blockchain environment. As we usher in this new era, $VTHO becomes more than just a transaction facilitator; it emerges as a pivotal force in creating a dynamic and future-ready enhancement within the VeChain network. #VeChain #VeFam #VeBetter

IOTA is being born. 🐣 For almost a decade, the IOTA Foundation has been the mother of IOTA. It carried it, protected it, fed it, corrected it, rebuilt it when necessary, and kept it alive long enough to turn a technological intuition into real infrastructure. But no decentralized network is meant to live forever under its mother’s protection. A foundation is not the final form of a public DLT. It is the womb. The incubator. The structure that allows something immature to survive until it is ready to breathe on its own. And that moment is now approaching. With IOTA Rebased, Move at the base layer, staking, validators, real programmability, and now Starfish live on Mainnet through Protocol Version 24, IOTA is no longer a promise guarded by its mother. It is becoming an adult network. Not just a project. Not just a vision. Not just an architecture waiting for its moment. It is public infrastructure for the real world. 🌍 🔹 The IOTA Foundation is now entering its great year of delivery. One year, maybe a year and a half, in which it will have to consume part of its tokens, not as a sign of weakness, but as the final stage of separation. 🔹 Many will read this as bearish. To me, it is exactly the opposite. It is the umbilical cord being cut in front of everyone. 🔹 Because no truly neutral infrastructure can depend forever on a European foundation. Not Africa, not ASEAN, not America, and not any major global trade corridor will fully trust a public DLT if they perceive that one legal entity still holds too much power over it. That is the key. For IOTA to become bigger, the IF has to become smaller. For IOTA to become more neutral, the IF has to stop being the center. For IOTA to become global infrastructure, it has to stop looking like a network protected by its mother and start behaving like a network that belongs to the world. 🌍 During this phase, some validator nodes supported by IF-delegated tokens will disappear. And although some people will misread this, it is part of the natural process. Those nodes were scaffolding. They helped raise the initial structure, gave stability to the launch, and allowed the network to start walking. But the scaffolding is not the building. When the building is ready, the scaffolding comes down. First, only a few independent validators will enter. Then more. Then competition. And eventually, a real economic fight for validator positions inside a network that no longer depends on its mother’s initial protection. That is decentralization entering adulthood. 💎 The IOTA Foundation also has to become independent from IOTA. Its natural path should no longer be to act as the permanent treasury of the network, but to build real products on top of it. That is where TWIN comes in. TWIN can become the major enterprise, institutional and commercial layer built on IOTA. A SaaS layer for global trade, traceability, digital identity, compliance, digital product passports, logistics, customs, exporters, governments and supply chains. 🧬 The IF would then stop being the mother feeding the child and become something much healthier and much more powerful. 🔥 A customer of IOTA. 🔥 A builder on IOTA. 🔥 An operator using neutral infrastructure to deliver real products to the market. 🔥 That is the right model. Bitcoin does not need a foundation to feed it. It does not need a CEO. It does not need a treasury to keep it emotionally alive. Bitcoin simply exists and offers what it is. Scarcity, settlement, monetary resistance and neutrality. IOTA has to do the same in its own territory. Not only as money, but as digital trust infrastructure for trade, data, identity, real-world assets, machines, institutions and entire economies. 🔹 In 2027 or 2028, TWIN could spin out as an autonomous SaaS business, with recurring revenue, institutional clients and the ability to attract real capital rounds. 🔹 Not crypto grants. Not community funding. Real institutional capital. 🔹 If it proves traction, adoption and revenue, we could be talking about Series A or Series B rounds, each in the tens of millions of dollars. And major investors are already keeping one eye on this coming opportunity.👀👀👀👀👀💰💰💰💰💰 Meanwhile, IOTA would become freer and freer. 💎 Free from dependence on its foundation. 💎 Free from a central treasury. 💎 Free from institutions. 💎 Free from founders. 💎 Free from non-decentralized decisions. 💎 Free even from the need for someone to “save” it. A public network does not reach maturity when its mother protects it better, but when it no longer needs protection. That is why this moment is not bearish. It is brutally bullish. The child is ready to leave home. And when a decentralized network leaves home, it stops being a project and starts becoming infrastructure. Bitcoin needed one paper to decentralize money. IOTA has needed a decade to decentralize real-world trust. And maybe the market will take time to understand it, but the most bullish moment in IOTA’s history may be exactly this. Some will see a mother letting go of her child’s hand. Others will see a network finally being born as sovereign, neutral and free infrastructure. To the untrained eye, the truth may look bearish. To the wise, it will look exactly the opposite. Bullish in its purest form. 💎 Born to be decentralize! #IOTA #IF #Move #TWIN #ASEAN #AfCFTA

A mentor of mine once explained that wealthy people setup systems such that "as time passes, they become more wealthy" i.e. investments, yield, and asset ownership. The problem with crypto right now is its a traders market, not an owners market. I want to be a long-term asset owner in equity which compounds positively. We're not there yet. We will not advance as an industry until we solve the compounding issue. This means the creation, or re-creation, of investable assets with real long-term business models, a claim on cash flows, and real governance rights. Santiago R Santos & I do agree that Hyperliquid is the closest thing to this in the entire digital asset industry today. Its these assets where time works in your favor & the math behind compound interest transfers value from "traders" to "owners" over a long enough timeframe. I want to beat short-term minded people by being patient, not compete in the trenches with them. Something needs to change.
