Omoooo I really enjoy how you make topics like this easily understandable

Thank you for always watching and sharing

It doesn’t have to be a competition, I think both can work together to offer more to their customers. I doubt Chowdeck has its own payment system. Moniepoint brings the payment system and easy access to loans, while Chowdeck brings logistics and online customers.

I'll be the first to call it.. This is AI?

I think Chowdeck has the edge, strong daily demand & vendors getting real volume. That kind of distribution is hard to beat. Moniepoint, on the other hand, is in a very competitive space… and those guys are not playing at all 😂 they’ll need to stay sharp.

Insightful! Truly there's no one road to the market. Both players can compliment themselves and deepen their USP even though it's a tough call here in Nigeria where the margins are slim and then for many businesses here price is very key deciding factor

Hmmm I still believe Chowdeck has higher edge for now.

Chowdeck will win this the moment they achieve their dark stores by at least 30% What i mean is the moment they deliver market goods very fast and price ratio to quality is top notch they’ll be almost impossible to beat

I love this. Well done bro. Really insightful and intriguing at the same time. Looks like a content that could be a series because future updates are bound to happen. I’m locked in 😊

Well said. Why are you seated today? 😅

I have idea where OPay will become the king but that idea is have to payed for it

👏🏾 👏🏾

You nailed it. Both companies are coming from different important areas that every restaurant cannot overlook. Singe a merge is not feasible, more acquisition is the way out. The acquisition would have to be very strategic and well planned.

Chowdeck has a strong advantage. The solved the problem of logistics in that place, which will take Moniepoints years to build. Integrating payments (both offline and online) into Mira shouldn't be an issue.

Will love to see who wins this at the end

I think both can coexist.

Brilliant piece Agree with all, apart from the fact that Glovo dominate the food ordering space in Lagos at least. They have a far bigger market share, it's not even close, and this is based on my research.

Enjoyed this Welldone 👏

Hmmm interesting times

Wonderful 👍

Fantastic analysis 👌👌

Yoo check @QwickEat Out

If you’re building in Africa this is for you ⬇️

They both just have to seize each other's market to defeat each other I think

I really like the video overall. I just feel the editing could highlight the tension a bit more. I’ll try a quick version and send it to your email so you can see what I mean.

Yo Bayomi. Launching something. Would you like a sneak peak before its live?

We are in the era of collaboration, no more competition unless you want to fight yourself. The big lesson here is focus. Businesses should focus on their area of strength.

Great Delivery as always😊
