I’m good with a plate piled high with ribs and jambalaya. Fine dining can keep the small aesthetically designed portions.

I liked the show better when he was helping restaurants with good food sort out their business models. I don’t see the point in trying to help restaurants with bad food.

He killed that restaurant!! We used to go at least once every 4-6 weeks, but after his ‘improvements’, portion sizes halved, the restaurant was full of Ramsey groupies, and the staff turned into prima donnas. Shame.
