@adamwritestuff One of the most impactful shows I’ve ever seen if not THE most. There’s nothing quite like FLCL.

Now that dude is so cool

i want her to touch me inappropriately

Animation AI could never create. Can you imagine trying to describe this in a prompt gen AI could parse and recreate?

It was the pinnacle of the entire industry

For those who liked DanDaDan, FLCL is a good option while you wait for the next season.

To this day I never really understood what it was about, I remember seeing it during Saturday adult swim but I was always left wondering what it was

Fooly Cooly doesn't want you to "get it" but it also wants you to think "maybe it's better that way" because you'll keep wondering anyway and I agree it's better that way

This show was pure chaos in the best way 😎🎨

Such a beautiful my animated series (the original 6 that is)

I remember when Adult Swim released it in 2003. I own the show ok blu ray and own the soundtrack CD. The Pillows were awesome.

God fooly cooly was fucking something I didn't know what was going on 90% of the time

Don’t forget to also show the part where what looks like an elementary boy births a robot from his skin unicorn horn

still remember the night adult swim airing this

Forever the GOAT!!!!!

top

didn't appreciate how good this was when I first saw it, need to rewatch to truly appreciate how far anime has fallen

One of my favorite animes when I was a kid

Is this alternative?

Does bro got diarrhea?

I was almost convinced this show was a fever dream

cool ass soundtrack

Anyone notice the main characters voice actor also voices Disgaea's Laharl?
