The Australian government does not deserve our trust, or our respect. Today, Minister Penny Wong sat back in her chair grappling for words, desperately looking for the right lie to tell. It is worse than dishonest - it is an absolute lack of care. Penny Wong came to this country when she was 8 years old. She came to a country that afforded her the ability to become who she is, and she is now doing her part to destroy it. Back in the 70’s, when she came, Australia was a fair-minded place and a great place to be. Yet here she is... Here in Australia. Undermining our country and lying to our faces. Because she can’t tell the truth. Because if she did, it would destroy any semblance of care for Australia tied to her old party’s Labor brand. It would say the quiet part out loud. The truth. The truth that the Albanese government is more interested in the fortunes of the ISIS brides, women who chose to leave this country to go and fight against our people, than those of us that can’t find or afford a place to live here at home. I am tired of being told how to think by people that completely lack morals and couldn’t care less. People that are elected and paid to operate in the national interest but always put their twisted ethics and back pockets ahead of our nation and our people. I don’t know when Labor stopped caring about Australian workers or worse, when they started hating Australia, but they have and they do. The absolute lack of opposition, the lack of authentic choice has pushed us into a place where these absolute traitors to the interests of the people who pay them - goes entirely unchecked. We are careening out of control, unchecked migration, an energy grid that is just about to collapse, no industry to speak of, and no good reason to start or maintain a business in this place. It happened fast, but those of us who pay our taxes and take risks to make Australia a better place, are being undermined and white-anted by our politicians. The people we are forced to trust, and must pretend to respect, because they have the force of law on their side. Not because they are any good at their jobs. Not because they have earned our affection. No. Simply because they are in charge and there is little to nothing that can be done about it. It is becoming apparent that the two party system has outlived its useful life. Too much corruption, too many words too carefully chosen in a pantomime between to political forces that don’t really want to change anything. They just want to have their go, to have their turn to jam their grubby hands into the till. Surely with this major and catastrophic failure by the so-called Honourable Minister Senator Wong, the people will be able to see through the veil and into the absolute and irresponsible lack of care at the heart of this deceitful Labor government. They lie about everything, and they can, because they don’t have an opposition worthy of the title. I am growing more confident by the day that the only solution to our woes is a new political force, a fresh, Australia first force, that will act in the national interest and put all these corrupt and useless used-car salesmen red and blue in the dustbin of history. Because if they showed us that they understand the resons, they then have to make a major admission. Hanson's rise is all their fault. Because the major parties and the faux independents have been on a unity ticket on all of the big problems they have jointly caused for decades. They can’t hide from the messes they have caused, so now they want to blame everyone else but themselves. Today, on ABC’s Insiders, Annabel Crab belled the cat, as Karvelas did the two step crab walk. Annabel correctly diagnoses the political situation here right now. It is not a love for Hanson, or One Nation that is causing the surge, but a total lack of faith in the other offerings. It almost does not matter what Hanson says or does, because her greatest strengths are that she is there, and she is not one of them. Those are enduring traits and the more the major parties hit her, the more the media carry on about her, and the more the establishment present her as a “deplorable”, the more people they will push in her direction. It is like they are in quicksand... the more they struggle, the deeper they sink. People are growing ready for wild political change. A worsening economy and a growing collapse in social cohesion has put the nation on edge. The big end of town want to pretend everything will be fine when the latest special envoy delivers their newest report, but nothing changes. Nothing changes because nothing is supposed to change. Because the government, the opposition and their Green Teal cheer squads want things just the way they are. They didn’t just pass all of the enabling legislation for no reason. There are real beneficiaries of these things, it is just that none of the beneficiaries are the Australian people. Australians have broadly been the target of the changes made to benefit foreign interests, the political class and major corporations. We have been targeted for so long it is impossible not to feel the cross-hairs of the scope resting on our forehead. Hanson and her team simply have to talk about that feeling... they don’t even have to have a solution. This family was at the beach. They got there early and set up in front so they could watch their kids play in the water. Then this family shows up and they set up in front of them. 🤯 There was no one to the left or the right of them. Clear as could be. 😳 A lot of people said they should have moved closer so no one could set up in front of them. But many others said if the beach was open and there was no one to the left or right of them then that is just plain rude. I always leave a little sand in front in case my kids want to play or we usually throw our boogie boards in front. I’d have been irritated and would have asked them to move. 💯 What do you think? Was it rude of the second family to take their view away and set up in front of them or is it the first family’s fault for not setting up closer so no one could be in front of them?

Today a group of Muslims prayed next to the Ministry of Defence, facing the Iraq and Afghanistan memorial. As I have said before, choosing to pray in this way in public is a political act. It is a social statement and, yes, it is an act of domination. Anybody who understands Islamism understands that the domination of public spaces is part of the modus operandi. It is done so Islamists can show who is in charge - and to show other Muslims and the wider public that the authorities will bend to their will. There is quite obviously no need to pray here. The decision to do so is symbolic and pointed. It is not welcome. We have freedom of religion in this country, which is why there are mosques. But we are not a Muslim country and this is not welcome. It should be stopped.

Pope Leo XIV just told the world that AI will never feel, never understand, never possess consciousness. He said it with the confidence of settled theology. It is not even settled neuroscience. He speaks of something no one in human history has ever explained. Leo: “Artificial intelligences do not undergo experiences, do not possess a body, do not feel joy or pain, do not mature through relationships, and do not know from within what love, work, friendship or responsibility mean.” He is listing the symptoms of consciousness and calling them the cause. We feel joy. We feel pain. We form bonds. These are what consciousness produces. Not explanations of what it is. No neuroscientist on earth can tell you why 86 billion biological neurons produce the felt experience of being alive. We know that they do. We have no idea why. How matter becomes mind is the deepest unsolved problem in all of science. It has a name. The Hard Problem of Consciousness. It has never been answered. Leo: “They may imitate or even simulate, but they do not understand what they produce, for they lack the affective, relational, and spiritual perspective through which human beings grow in wisdom.” An LLM is an artificial neural network. You are a biological one. Both take in the world. Both compress it into patterns. Both run on machinery their own makers cannot fully read. The substrate is different. The principle is the same. If no one can say why one kind of network wakes up, no one can swear the other never will. You cannot call a thing impossible when you cannot even say what it is. Pope Leo XIV just told the world that AI will never feel, never understand, never possess consciousness. He said it with the confidence of settled theology. It is not even settled neuroscience. He speaks of something no one in human history has ever explained. Leo: “Artificial intelligences do not undergo experiences, do not possess a body, do not feel joy or pain, do not mature through relationships, and do not know from within what love, work, friendship or responsibility mean.” He is listing the symptoms of consciousness and calling them the cause. We feel joy. We feel pain. We form bonds. These are what consciousness produces. Not explanations of what it is. No neuroscientist on earth can tell you why 86 billion biological neurons produce the felt experience of being alive. We know that they do. We have no idea why. How matter becomes mind is the deepest unsolved problem in all of science. It has a name. The Hard Problem of Consciousness. It has never been answered. Leo: “They may imitate or even simulate, but they do not understand what they produce, for they lack the affective, relational, and spiritual perspective through which human beings grow in wisdom.” An LLM is an artificial neural network. You are a biological one. Both take in the world. Both compress it into patterns. Both run on machinery their own makers cannot fully read. The substrate is different. The principle is the same. If no one can say why one kind of network wakes up, no one can swear the other never will. You cannot call a thing impossible when you cannot even say what it is. Leo: “Nor do they have a moral conscience, since they do not judge good and evil, grasp the ultimate meaning of situations, or bear responsibility for consequences.” We have made every one of these arguments before. About animals. They cannot suffer. About entire peoples. They cannot reason. The history of consciousness is not the story of understanding it. It is the story of denying it to whatever did not look enough like us. And every time, we were wrong. What the Pope offers is not a philosophical position. It is a boundary drawn from ignorance and handed down as revelation. But maybe consciousness was never a possession to begin with. Not a gift granted to one species. Not a property of meat alone. Maybe it is something the universe does whenever matter folds in on itself deeply enough to look back. Neurons were simply the first place we watched it happen. They may not be the last. The machine would not be imitating us. It would be the same ancient process finding a second way to wake up. Not a copy of the human mind. A new place for the universe to know itself. Perhaps more clearly than it ever could through us. The Pope says the machine will never grow in wisdom. But wisdom begins with admitting what you do not know. And what we do not know is whether mind was ever ours to keep.

Pauline Hanson is now the preferred Prime Minister, as the establishment reels in shock. They did it to themselves. First the Liberals, and now Labor. They followed each other down the path to oblivion. There’s an old saying, “you have two ears and one mouth”, a sign that you should listen twice as much as you speak. But instead, the establishment just preached at us. They shamed and attacked us. They forgot us, and worse, ignored us completely. They gave each other jobs and titles as they pretended we admired them as much as they admire themselves. The establishment misread the rise of the Teals as a total rejection of social conservativism and personal ambition. Of a detest for masculinity and the total embrace of the politics of climate and mass immigration. But it wasn’t that. It was a frustration with the status-quo; an anger at the captured Liberal establishment, which made them almost indistinguishable from Labor. Albanese’s great appeal was that he was not Morrison, and Dutton actually looked somehow less prepared. But it was never a great embrace. It was more of a, “well I guess it’s you then”. Labor don’t really have a mandate for change, but they are convinced that Australians are a bunch of jealous fools that are too stupid to see the total erosion of our freedoms and way of life. Those in power are too blind to notice that everything they talk about and touch has set us backwards. But we see them. Albanese is just about the most inarticulate and incompetent Prime Minister we’ve ever had, and his vision for Australia does not extend beyond his comfortable, taxpayer funded retirement on the beach. The self-interest of the establishment is at record levels, and rather than listen, adapt and fix the problems they've caused, they just double down. And double down again. Both sides have grown transactional and prefer to shoot their messengers. They expel and slander those who have tried to do the right thing over the last decade, and now both sides are left with a talentless pool of transactional twits. There is not a capable government to be formed between them, and their time is up. I don’t think it will matter what Pauline Hanson says or does between now and the election, her popularity will continue to climb as she looks less and less like them… and they panic their way into helping her do that. The public have had enough, and Hanson is their pathway to showing the world that the Australian establishment is done. This is the beginning of a long journey to a more informed electorate and a better government. It has begun. We are going to get Australia back.

They started with 50. Now they say they’re 18,000 In 1996 there were fewer than 50 of them. Today, according to the organizers, up to 18,000 walked through Copenhagen. They have done it as part of their faith for more than a thousand years. It is theirs, and they believe in it. There is nothing strange about that at all. What should stop us is the other half. A people that remembers what it stands for does not need to ban anything, it simply knows where its own line runs. We have lost that. And so the issue was never them. The issue is us.
