Coach great video! Quick question do you teach tighter splits like was being shown in the drill to take away the “air” or penetration and make it easier for the OL to combo?

Great question yes all my double teams have a tight split which is 12 inches -Remember splits are relative to your size so a tight split for a high school kid who is 6 foot maybe 8 to 10 inches it’s all relative to your size
