Salaam Hamad. You are welcome to try my recipe, a "Pasta Al'arrabbiata", which is made without meat. You can make it without cream but it's a lot smoother with cream, if you can find some. Here's the recipe and method.

post-wisdom tooth extraction hanbinnie today 🥺 🐹 we had a really long filming, it was about four hours, but my teeth kept bleeding, so i had to keep my mouth closed and pause often. i couldn't talk much. the kids helped me a lot~ 🐹 my lips are swollen because i just ate chicken. no, but i was so hungry because i needed to take my medicine. even before bed, i kept going like, "what do i do?" 🐹 i had porridge along with my medicine before the shoot. and now, i ate chicken with gyuvin [from the other side], but i couldn't eat much because it still hurts.

I sent this to my man.. tonight I was making meatloaf! He FaceTime me on break. So I was showing him the sauce I made to go on top cuz this my 1st time making meatloaf. I seen these lil white things moving in the sauce so I started pouring every ingredient on something to see where it was coming from I used brown sugar, ketchup Worcestershire sauce and bbq sauce. Soon I got to the ketchup they was crawling in the bottle. My dinner is ruined for the night Ik my man not going to want this after he seen this. I'm willing to go get more ground beef from the meat market and we make it without ketchup but this shit really just fucked a mfer appetite up. I been having a tasted for this. I love ketchup but this just ruined it for me. Lord Jesus

Hands down the best dish I've made for summer. Crockpot Beef Gyros with homemade Tzatziki sauce. I doubled up the recipe so we can use the extra meat and sauce on tortilla shells or meat for nachos for lunches. 1000/10 will make again.. 🥙🥙

On July 31, I traveled to California to speak and, unfortunately, had to be rushed to the emergency room. I was ordered to take a few weeks off the road to rest and recover. By the grace of God, I’m doing great now. It has been a test of faith to sit still and be obedient these past few weeks, but it has also been refreshing for my mind, body, and spirit.
