How is bringing in a truckload of immigrants in a short span of time important?! There is a cost of living crisis and there is an acute housing availability issue. Where exactly will they live? What about the locals in the market looking for rentals?!

I have been waiting for 18 months for a temporary student visa, and I am just one of the 100s. Applicants are waiting since 2019. such an unfair visa processing system. Please prioritize old cases. @ClareONeilMP @JasonClareMP

@ausgov has not yet delivered on its promise to improve student visas. Hundreds of international students are waiting between 6 and 41 months for a visa. @ausgov should take urgent practical action in this regard. @RhiannonLewin7 @7NewsAustralia @cameronwilson @crikey_news

You don't make up for a decade worth of Liberal population growth inconsistency ALL AT ONCE IN THE MIDST OF A HOUSING CRISIS. You MUST pause and reassess excess population growth as a matter of urgency. The excess demand is fueling rental costs and limited availability.

Labor are importing a 1.5 million people over the next 3 years. adding to the housing shortage, power & utilities supply pressures, hospital wait times, school demand, welfare costs, infrastructure shortages and continued loss of our identity.
